Real Food Delivered is a North East meal prep kitchen. You pick the dishes. We cook them fresh. Local orders split Sunday and Wednesday. Nationwide gets both menus in one Tuesday box.

Local: Sunday and Wednesday — £8 per week. Nationwide: one Tuesday box — £10 per week. Never discounted. Four-week calorie plans charge that fee × 4 on the order.

We cook to protein, carbs and fat. Reheat in minutes. This is kitchen food, not a factory tray with a marketing name.

Build Your Box: one week at full price, or weekly subscription at 5% off. Set Calorie Plan: this week or four weeks at the prices on those products. Four weeks is not a subscription. Pause weekly anytime.
