These terms apply when you order from Real Food Delivered ([your store URL], trading as Real Food Delivered, [legal company name if different], [registered address]).
What we sell
Chef-prepared chilled meals for you to reheat. You order either:
Build Your Box — you choose Sunday and Wednesday meals. Pay as a one-off for this week, or as a weekly subscription.
Set Calorie Plan — a fixed weekday box at 1200, 1500, 1750, 2200, 2600 or 3000 kcal. Pay for this week, or four weeks at a set price. Four weeks is not a subscription.
Ordering
Cutoff is Friday 5:00pm UK for the following cook (local: Sunday and Wednesday; nationwide: Tuesday). Orders and swaps after that time are not accepted for that week.
Allergens and notes
Tell us allergens, dietary needs and delivery instructions in the order form so they print on the packing slip. We cook in a kitchen that handles common allergens (including gluten, dairy, egg, fish, mustard, sesame, soya, celery and nuts). We cannot guarantee a meal is free from traces. Calorie figures on Set Calorie Plan are daily targets for the box, not a laboratory certificate.
Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT if we are VAT registered. Delivery is extra and is never discounted. Weekly Build Your Box meals are 5% off through the subscription plan; delivery stays at the full fee.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping login details safe and for the information you give us (address, postcode, allergens).
Our kitchen
Menus change weekly. If an item is unavailable we will substitute something in the same range (regular for regular, premium for premium) where we reasonably can.
Liability
Meals must be kept chilled, then reheated until piping hot. We are not responsible for food stored or reheated incorrectly. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any right you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
