Real Food Delivered cooks fresh, chilled meals to order. They are perishable. We do not accept returns of meals that have been delivered in good condition.
Friday 5pm cutoff
You may cancel or change an order, or ask for a refund, until 5:00pm UK on the Friday before that week’s cook. After Friday 5pm we have already bought the stock and started creating the meals for that week. We cannot refund, cancel or change that week’s food after Friday 5pm.

Set Calorie Plan (4 weeks) — the week already in production
Future weeks
Weekly subscription: pause or cancel anytime. Weeks that have not yet passed a Friday 5pm cutoff are not cooked and will not be charged once the subscription is stopped in time.
4-week calorie plans: these are prepaid, not a subscription. If you contact us before Friday 5pm for a week that has not yet gone into production, we will refund the unused future weeks. Weeks already past cutoff are not refunded.
If something is wrong with the food
The Friday 5pm rule is for change of mind and late cancellation. It does not take away your legal rights if a meal arrives damaged, unsafe, missing, or not as described. Email us as soon as you can, with your order number and a photo if it helps. We will replace or refund the affected items.
Delivery fees
Delivery is a fulfilment fee (local £8 / nationwide £10). If a week is not refunded, the delivery fee for that week is not refunded either. If we refund an unused future week, the matching delivery charge for that week is refunded too.
