This policy covers subscriptions and prepaid purchase options on Real Food Delivered.
What is a subscription
Build Your Box → Weekly is a subscription. Meals renew every week at 5% off. Delivery is billed every week at the full local or nationwide fee (it is not discounted). You can pause or cancel in your account, or by contacting us.
What is not a subscription
Build Your Box one-off

How to cancel or pause a weekly box
Log in to your account and cancel or pause the selling plan, or email us at [hello@your-domain].
Do this before Friday 5:00pm UK if you do not want the next week cooked.
After Friday 5pm we have bought stock and started creating that week’s meals. That week cannot be cancelled or refunded. The subscription will stop from the following week.
4-week calorie plans
These are not a subscription, so there is nothing to “cancel” in the subscription portal. If you want to stop unused future weeks, contact us before Friday 5pm of the week you want stopped. Unused weeks not yet in production will be refunded. The week already being cooked will not.
Failed payments
If a weekly payment fails we may skip that week or pause the subscription until payment is updated.
Cooling-off
Because meals are perishable and made to your selection, the usual 14-day online cancellation right does not apply once we have started preparing them. Before Friday 5pm of the relevant week you may still cancel as set out above.
