We deliver chilled meals across the UK. The postcode you enter on Build Your Box or Set Calorie Plan sets the zone and the fee. Checkout does not recalculate delivery from the shipping address, so use the same postcode you live at.
Local (North East)
£8 per week
Two deliveries: Sunday and Wednesday, our drivers
Build Your Box: Sunday meals on Sunday, Wednesday meals on Wednesday
Calorie plans: the week is split across those two drops
Nationwide (rest of the UK)
£10 per week
One delivery on Tuesday by national courier
The full week is packed in that one box
When to order
Order by Friday 5:00pm UK. After that we have bought stock and started cooking. We cannot add, swap or stop that week’s delivery.
Four-week calorie plans
Delivery is charged four times on the same order (£32 local or £40 nationwide). That is four weeks of fees, not four parcels in one go. You still receive the normal weekly drops (Sun/Wed local, or Tuesday nationwide).
Missed delivery
Leave a safe place in the delivery notes. If a courier or driver cannot leave the box and you miss it, chilled food may not be able to be redelivered. Contact us the same day. We are not obliged to refund a missed delivery where we attempted the address you gave.
Shipping charges
Shopify checkout shipping is set to free so you are not charged twice. You pay the Local or Nationwide delivery product on the order.
